I don’t know about you but I find it challenging these days to be hopeful and positive. There is so much negativity, fear, suspicion and anger swirling around.
How can you find some light and hope and calm when you feel powerless to make a change?
Start small.
Start within yourself. When was the last time you noticed how great you are?
Make a list and post it on your mirror.
Then throughout the day, tell someone close to you how much you appreciate them. Acknowledge their value in the world.
Give a compliment. Share a kindness.
After all, you like to be appreciated – right? I know that I do.
Most people do.
Once you start this positive attention, a chain reaction of uplifting energy will spread.
Focus on what is good.
Do what you can.
Be what you want to see in the world.
